It is not recommended to do this more than 2 minutes.
Put the voodoo floss on with less than half stretch tension.
Focus slightly more tension on symptom areas.
Focus on smooth plantarflexion and/or dorsiflexion.
Get creative & stretch the ankle where you are feeling restriction.
We wanted to put this one out there for all the runners in our clinic.
Runners seem to have very tight ankles that would benefit from a little loosening up.

FYI we will be at the Bridger Ridge Run this year before and after the race! Before you can find us at the starting line with some Kinesio Tape (RockTape Brand) and a High Five for good measure. After the race you will find us at the finish line ringing our cow bell and working on some of the amazing runners who finished the race!
