The Kettlebell is one of Dr. DeCou's favorite tools for keeping the body strong. He gained interest in the Kettlebell when he noticed that his shoulders needed strengthening due to the nature of his work. [i.e. knuckle-cracker, bonesetter, or back-cracker more commonly known as The Chiropractor]. Because he was using manual therapies to help his chiropractic patients all day, it really took a toll on the muscles that were not prepared for the job.
Once Dr. DeCou started using the strengthening workouts with the Kettlebell, coupled with other mobility therapies, he was able to stay on top of the day to day demands of being a chiropractor that gives his all to each patient.

The next is a variation on the 🍺 Bottoms Up Hold with a Squat!
These are great scapula stabilizers. Make sure to use your Lats! 👊🏽 Gotta keep practicing that form ! 🎪
Remember, start small and work up to your goal. Also, use your diaphragm for breathing! In through the nose and out through the mouth. Belly Breathe for life!
