The long anticipated Dead Bug Video has arrived! For years Dr. Brett DeCou has sent exercise videos to patients for easy at home preventative care. He used to go all over You Tube to find these "Dead Bug" videos. Today is the day, folks, Dr. Brett has made his very own video to share with his lucky patients of DeCou Sports Chiropractic of Bozeman Montana.

This is a great exercise to activate your anterior core. It is imperative that you use your diaphragm to breathe (a.k.a. belly breathe!) Be sure to keep your spine flat as you move. Push your spine (low back) into the ground. Don't arch!
This is a perfect warm up and to add to your routine to replace sit-ups or crunches. If you are feeling good, try to push for longer holds while belly breathing for an intense core workout!
