Dr. DeCou graduated from the University of Western States (formerly Western States Chiropractic College) in Portland, Oregon.  On top of taking all four parts of examinations for the Doctor of Chiropractic certification, Dr. DeCou also elected to take the Physiotherapy exam. The physiotherapy examination for chiropractic colleges includes the following:
